Veda A. “Bootie” Wratchford       Veda Arbutus “Bootie” Wratchford, age 57, of Moorefield, WV passed this life on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born in Winchester, VA on July 12, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Easton Raymond Nazelrod and Margaret Shears Nazelrod.      She is survived by her husband, Tommy Wratchford of Moorefield, WV, one daughter, Melinda S. Blaine of Fort Run, WV, two sons, Tommy Wratchford Jr. of Tannery, WV and Mark Anthony Wratchford of Baker, WV, Joyce and Jeff Davis of South Fork. WV, one sister, Loraine A. High of Purgitsville, WV, two half brothers, Charlie Wolfe of Moorefield, WV and Raymond “Butch” Easton Wolfe of South Fork, WV, twelve grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.      Mrs. Wratchford worked as a greeter and in the produce section at the Wal-Mart in Moorefield, WV.      Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011 at the funeral home with Pastors Lucy and Russell Webster officiating. Burial will follow at the High Cemetery in Purgitsville, WV. Memorial Donations may be made to the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren, PO Box 733 Moorefield, WV 26836.
