Ruby Elizabeth Turner      Ruby Elizabeth Turner, age 88, of Jarrettsville, MD, passed this life on Friday, December 18, 2009, at DuBois Regional Medical Hospital in DuBois, PA. Born in Webster Springs, WV on August 7, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Seymoure Hartman and Martha Ellen Seabolt.      She was preceded in death by one son, three sisters, and four brothers. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Lee Esteppe of Red House, WV and Carol Jean Taylor of Curwensville, PA, two sons, Norman Junior Turner of Jarrettsville, MD and George Wayne Turner of Panama City, FL, one sister, Nancy Helmick of Purgitsville, WV, seventeen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.      Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009 at the Elmore Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Lucy and Russell Webster officiating. Burial will follow at the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield, WV.      Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home.
