Mary Rebecca Bowman            Mary Rebecca Bowman, age 89, of Romney, WV, passed this life on Sunday, March 27, 2011, at her residence.  Born in Bass, WV, she was the daughter of the late Frank R. Lofton and Dora B. See Lofton. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Bowman on July 24, 1974. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and a half brother.      Mary is survived by a niece, Freda L. Lough of Maysville, WV, whom she raised as her daughter, one son, Michael M. Bowman of Romney, WV, three sisters, Nellie Upchurch of Versallies, OH, Grace Barga of Greenville, OH, Ruth Cost of Moorefield, WV, one brother, Kenneth See, Jr. of St. Paris, OH, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.         Mary was a retired beautician.            The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Elmore Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 29, 2011. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday March 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Lake officiating. Burial will follow at the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield, WV.            Pallbearers are Shawn Brown, Justin See, Scott Lough, Steve Bosley, Steve Little and Wesley Pratt.      Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home.
