Judith Carolyn Judy
Judith Carolyn Judy, age 71, of Petersburg, WV passed this life on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at
her residence. Born on October 30, 1937 in Hardy County, she was the daughter of the late Curtis L.
Hepner and Ina Rea Cleaver Hepner.
Mrs. Judy was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Mrs. Judy is survived by her husband, Gerald N. Judy, Sr. of Petersburg, WV. She is also survived
by two daughters, Cheryl Zaccagnini and husband, Michael of Pleasant Hall, PA, Carolyn West and
husband, David of Petersburg, WV, two sons, Brent Bobo of Moorefield, WV, Neil Judy, II and wife,
Aaron Renea of Pulaski, VA, two sisters, Greta Lahman of Moorefield, WV, Wilda Hogbin of Petersburg,
WV, two brothers, Curtis L. Hepner, Jr. of Enfield, Conn., John M. Hepner of Yorktown, VA, eight
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Mrs. Judy was a homemaker and a member of the Baker’s Chapel Methodist Church in Durgon,
WV.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the Elmore
Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday,
December 28, 2008 at the funeral home with Pastor Judy Vetter and Pastor Judy Stump officiating.
Burial will follow at the Lahmansville Cemetery in Lahmansville, WV.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV.
