John Wayne Crites        John Wayne Crites, age 65, of Moorefield, WV passed this life on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born on October 17, 1944 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Clarence "John" and Jean High Crites.        He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Jean Hutter Crites, three daughters, Melissa Crites, Kristi Sirk, and Wendy Combs, all of Moorefield, WV, two sisters, Bonnie Weese of Moorefield, WV and Donna Huffman of Petersburg, WV, and six grandchildren.        Mr. Crites was a farmer and a retired electrical lineman. He was also a member of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Fisher, WV.        Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastors Judy Vetter and Danny Sterns officiating. Burial will follow at the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield, WV. Memorial Donations may be made to the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund.
