Janie Anna Haines               Janie Anna Haines, age 84, of Fisher, WV passed this life on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at the Hampshire Center in Romney, WV. Born on October, 31 1925, she was the daughter of the late John Fultz and Rachel Elizabeth Snyder Fultz.              Mrs. Haines was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Leroy Haines, one sister, two half sisters, and one half brother.               She is survived by one grandson, Jeff Wilkins of Romney, WV and two great grandchildren.              Mrs. Haines was a member of the Oak Grove Methodist Church and a retired employee of Rockingham Poultry. She was also the Grandmother of the Kessel White Eagle’s 4-H Club.              The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV.  A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Judy Vetter officiating. Burial will follow at the Fultz Family Cemetery in Kessel, WV. Memorial donations may be made to the Hampshire Center in Romney, WV. Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV.
