Agnes Crawford Malcolm            Agnes Crawford Malcolm, age 92, of Moorefield, WV, passed this life on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at her residence. Born on February 16, 1919 in Crandon, VA, she was the daughter of the late Fonnie M. Crawford and Pearl Cassell Crawford.      Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson A. Malcolm, Sr. on July 6, 1986, three sisters and five brothers.      She is survived by one daughter, Grace Evans of Front Royal, VA, one son, Nelson A. “Bub” Malcolm, Jr. of Herndon, VA, three sisters, Joan Anderson and Ila Ryan, both of Wardensville, WV, Marie Shockey of Moorfield,  four grandchildren, Pam LeHew, Julie Reilly, Lisa Helsley, Renatea Gaumer, five great grandchildren, Corey Burnette, Sara Eury, Laura Helsley, Derek Helsley, Cody Girouard and five great great grandchildren, Makayla Helsley, Maya Eury, Malia Eury, Mackensy Girouard, and Ryleigh Helsley.      Agnes was a retired cook of 38 years for the Hardy County Board of Education and a member of Duffy Memorial United Methodist Church of Moorefield.                          The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, WV. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the funeral home with Pastor Jay Parkins officiating. Burial will follow at Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield, WV.            Memorials may be made to the Duffy Memorial United Methodist Church, 100 North Elm Street, Moorefield, WV 26836.            Pallbearers are Cody Girouard, Kenny Gaumer, Fred Helsley, Derek Helsley, Mike Reilly, Corey Burnette and Larry LeHew. Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmore Funeral Home.
